• Standard shipping is completely FREE all over Pakistan with no minimum order thresholds.

Shipping Protection

Our comprehensive Shipping Protection guarantees an immediate replacement if your parcel is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier service. Please note that if you choose to decline Shipping Protection during the procurement process, we cannot guarantee a replacement or compensation for lost or stolen orders. Return Policy

Eligibility Requirements

• Your return must be officially initiated and posted back to our center within 7 days of receiving your original order.
• Items must be returned in strictly "as new" condition. This includes all intact original retail packaging, boxes, ribbons, specialty protective wrapping, and the complimentary Lemon grass tea leaves.
